Membership Terms & Cancellations

Toodo Wales Business Membership – Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Fee & Duration
The Toodo Wales Business Membership costs £100 per year and provides businesses with a listing on the Toodo platform, allowing them to offer exclusive deals and discounts to Toodo members.
The membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Policy
The membership fee is non-refundable once the business has been listed on the Toodo platform.

3. Membership Renewal & Cancellation
Business memberships automatically renew annually unless cancellation is requested at least 28 days before the renewal date.
To cancel the renewal, businesses must notify Toodo in writing via info@toodo.co.uk before the 28-day notice period ends.
If cancellation is not requested within this timeframe, the membership will be renewed, and the annual fee will be charged.

4. Listing & Offers
Businesses are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information regarding their offers and discounts on the platform.
Toodo Wales reserves the right to remove or modify listings that do not comply with platform guidelines or fail to provide valid offers.

5. Changes to Terms
Toodo Wales may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be communicated to business members in advance.

Toodo Wales Consumer Membership – Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Fee & Duration
The Toodo Wales Membership costs £2.99 per month, providing members with access to exclusive discounts and offers from participating businesses across Wales.
Membership is billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

2. Payment & Renewal
Payments are processed automatically every month using the payment method provided at signup.
If a payment is declined or returned by the bank, access to the membership will be suspended, and the digital membership card will become invalid until payment is resolved.

3. Cancellation & Refunds
Members can cancel their subscription at any time by emailing info@toodo.co.uk
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and members will retain access until that date.
Membership fees are non-refundable, including cases where benefits were not used.

4. Digital Membership Card
Upon successful payment, members receive a digital membership card that can be added to their Apple/Google Wallet.
If a member cancels their subscription or fails to make a payment, their digital membership card will be deactivated and will no longer be valid for discounts.
If a member reactivates their subscription, a new digital membership card will be issued.

5. Changes to Membership Terms
Toodo Wales reserves the right to modify the membership benefits, pricing, or terms. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
